In 1974, Bristol-Myers terminated it’s Palomar motion picture business.

In 1972, Bristol-Myers formed Palomar Pictures, which produced ‘The Taking of the Pelham One, Two, Three,’ starring Walter Matthau and Robert Shaw, and ‘The Stepford Wives,’ starring Katharine Ross and Paula Prentiss.
