OHSU Collaborative Life Sciences Building launched new era in health and science research and education

On Jun. 26, 2014, a $300 million building opened in Portland is shared by Portland State University and Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU).

The Collaborative Life Science Building is the new home of the OHSU School of Dentistry, and it will better educate students and train all medical professionals.

The space will allow OHSU to train 40 more doctors, 25 more pharmacists, 15 more dentists and 10 more physician assistants a year. Portland State students will use the building for biology, chemistry and physics classes..
